자정이 조금 못되어 여의도가서 한시간 가량 달리기 및 슈팅연습.
돌아와서 흰 빨래를 마저 드라이기에 돌리면서 샤워하고
쓰잘데기 없는 글을 몇 개 읽으며 음악 하나 올리고 자러가는
절묘한 타이밍.

갑자기 이가 닦기 싫어서 잠시 게기고 있지만
4시 전에는 난 잠들 것이며, 6시에는 일어날 테지.

나쁘지 않다.

요즘 여의도는 꽃구경 온 사람들로 한창이다.

연인과 친구, 가족으로 붐비는 여의도를 뚫고 지나가려면
한 시간은 족히 걸리는 것 같다.

꽃이 어여쁜 것은 알겠으나, 꽃나무 아래서 V를 그리며 사진을 찍는 이유는 뭘까?

꽃과 미모 배틀을 벌이자는 것인지.. 주변 사람들에게 물어봤는데

가장 밥 딜런스러운 노래가 뭘까 고민할 때마다 그 결론은
포크(folk)가 아닌 가스펠(gospel)이라고 느껴졌다.

풍성한 코러스와 따뜻한 타악기,
왠지 마음 한구석에 안도감을 불어넣는 오르간,
그 위에 마치 피를 토할 것 같이 신경질적으로
광기 오른 난해한 설교 말씀을 펼쳐놓는 딜런의 보컬은
단 서너 줄 정도의 가사만으로도 
평소에 무심했던 찌꺼기 같은 사실에
고개를 끄덕이게 만드는 묘미가 있다.
